Hydroxycut yes or no?

So I started taking Hydroxycut for women a couple days ago and I was wondering if anyone else has taken these and had any bad side effects with it? I seem okay right now, slight headache which goes away with water. but nothing too serious. Just wanted to make sure I’m not taking anything life threatening

With a pill like that it’s best to drink a lot of extra water. You may be getting dehydrated.

I took hydroxycut for a few months, the first month I lost 4 pounds, was going by the directions on the packaging but not drinking as much water, the next month I started taking 2 at 9 AM two bottles of water and ate breakfast 30 mins after. Drink one more bottle of water then Around 1Pm take two more with two more bottles of water and 30 mins later eat a good lunch. Two more bottles of water but I skipped dinner, lost a whole 13 pounds in that month. At some point during the 3rd month after following what I had done the second month I hit a plateau, which is really common, so I stopped taking it but I kept the weight off just eating healthier.

I was taking those and stopped because I didn’t lose any weight with exercising or a proper diet. I also drank tons of water. I did get crazzyyy deep stomach aches the second week of taking them so I scaled back a bit. Then they made me have heart palpitations so I stopped because they weren’t benefiting me and I wasn’t about to take the whole bottle to see. These were the pink pills that were supposed to help with hair skin and nails too.

I took it. I couldnt tale the 4 pills aday. It was just waaayyy too much and would make me jiddery. I would only take 3 a day but it did help me drop some pounds.

My mom has taken the hydroxycut drink mix daily for years, she drinks it just for the flavor but nothing bad has come of it that I know of!
