Post Partum poop
I still haven’t pooped. It’s been over an entire week. 😔 What should I do? Stool softeners have not been helping at all. I’ve been eating massive fiber. Nothing. I don’t want to strain tooo hard and get bad hemorrhoids which is what happened with my last child. 😬
