Ovarian Cysts Advice

*i need advice, please don’t be negative or rude I don’t need more stress or depression added to my life :/

Basically, I’ve been in pain for a while now and have had three doctor visits.

Symptoms:

•Right lower back pain(feels like kidney) then it spreads to my stomach under my ribs

•sharp (or almost flank) pains in both sides of my stomach

•burning while peeing

*i have copper IUD but pain is before/after/during period.. is this something that happens with Paragard?

This has been going on for a while now and

at my first doctor visit I was told I could have scoliosis and that’s why I have back pain and was prescribed 800 ibuprofen

at my second doctor visit I was told I had something burst in my Fallopian tube(but it’s common and some women can feel it, some can’t) and was given ibuprofen again.

at my third doctor visit I was finally told that I had a small UTI and I had cysts on my ovaries and was told to take over the counter pills for pain when they burst and antibiotics for my UTI. And that my back pain was *PROBABLY* caused by my UTI.

I took all my antibiotics as prescribed and I still feel like I have the UTI.

My back puts me in so much pain I can barely walk and this pain is severely interfering with my daily life. And I constantly can feel sharp pains in my abdomen.

I can’t take this pain anymore, my mom told me that the cysts could just keep popping and coming back....and I’m not taken seriously when I’m talking about my pains I’m so exhausted and I’m scared that my kidney might make me sick....I’m scared, I’m scared, I’m scared. can this make me infertile or maybe lead to ovarian cancer.?

I probably sound dramatic but I’m so scared and in so much pain and I’ve honestly lost all hope in doctors. I feel like it’s just getting worse...

Thank you for reading... I know none of you can give me an official diagnosis. But maybe some of you have had similar situations, I just want to feel like I’m not alone in this pain
