I take Gildess 1/20 everyday at 10:10pm. I always take it within 5 minutes of 10:10 so I am very regular about it and never ever miss. I take it to shorten periods and reduce cramping but most importantly to prevent pregnancy as I am a newlywed. I still get cramps on my period but the periods are shorter. I also get cramps when I'm in my fertile week aka my ovulation time. This is my only form of birth control. So, my question is, can I get pregnant even though I take my BC on time everyday? Do my husband and I need to use other forms of BC?
