Boob Baby Issues

My main problem probably has no answer but... Baby boy begs for breast. I go to feed him and he's not even hungry. He just wants to pet and snuggle and all the other things babies do to the boob. He's only 2 months so I assume this is along the lines of comforting, but lord it does become an issue sometimes.

Also on a more serious note, I'm going back to work and panicking. I have a milk stash but hate the idea of pumping at work or on breaks any ideas? I figure if I only get short shift (4 hours) I can just breastfeed/pump before and after. At what point should I definitely pump because shifts can be as long as 8 1/2 hours. Have break time isn't an issue. It's lack of privacy and time crunch on breaks
