Freaking out... I've been having spotting through my pregnancy so far, mainly tiny quarter sized, salmon colored, to light pink. Its been a come and go thing, but Yesterday morning the spotting picked up (picture below) , I've had some come and go cramping super mild, nothing like period pains. However this is what I'm getting when I wipe, barely anything on my painty liner but every time I wipe it's like this or lighter.... I have an appointment tonight. But I am so scared and so worried. I don't want to lose this baby. And I don't want this to end bad. I'm so scared I'm going to get bad news today.....
