So I got my femmy cycle cup a few months back and have loved it although let's face it the no spill rim is a joke. No matter how you do it over half the liquid inside rushes out as soon as it turns even a little bit. Well now is my fourth or fifth period since I got it and let me tell you I really trusted the thing. I went to sleep last night and woke up at about 530 this morning. I went to the bathroom and there was blood everywhere. My cup had somehow flipped upside down inside of me at I slept. There was very little fluid in it when I pulled it out.
