Here's my dilemma, please help!

Ok here's my situation. My normal cycle us 28 days and currently I'm in CD 30. But I didnt get my surge until CD 18 and tho glow said I ovulated just a day later, I did not. I felt my uterus cramping two days later and my CM was increased significantly two days later. That will leave me currently at CD 10. I am sick but it doesnt feel like AF. Like I feel nausea when AF coming but almost like i different kind, like in a different position or something I can't explain. I had no signs of implantation but felt n th uterus cramp yet again today, not menstrual cramps but like a muscle spasm in my uterus. I hate that my cycle isn't 28 this month it's super weird and annoying cause this doesn't happen to me, ever. I took a pregnancy test and BFN

My doc says I am ovulating just fine and I have nothing to worry about, my uterus was healthy. Counting from the day I think I ovulated which is CD 20! What do you think? Am I out? Doc says to only test if I miss my whole period and if I'm used to A 28 day cycle then that should be in just 3 days but because I know I ovulated late I have to wait until the 15th! Please comment with advise for me
