Monthly birthdays?

Someone help settle this argument between my husband and I! 
Our LO was born August 9th. WEEK wise she was a month old yesterday, or four weeks. I said she was a month old. My husband said she isn’t until September 9th. WHICH ONE IS IT

September 9th. Its confusing because 4 weeks doesn't equal a month really since some months have more weeks than others.
