Ladies how often does your newborn eat? My baby is a week old and is starting to want to eat every 2 hours now 🤔

Breastfed babies are supposed to eat every two hours or more if they want to. Formula fed every 3 hours.

My daughter eats non stop when she's awake. If she makes it a full hour before wanting milk again, I'm lucky.

My daughter at about 1-2 oz every 2 hours or less when she was around a week old. She is 6 weeks old now and eats 4oz every 3-4 hours.

Omg mine is 3 weeks and I’m lucky if I make it an hour before he wants to eat again. He is ravenous. It’s normal in the early days though

As long as you’re feeding on demand until she’s satisfied, you’re doing fine. Newborns have teeny stomachs so they eat frequently.
