I’m currently in my TWW but my husband and I just started taking these a little before this cycle so we don’t know if it’s worked for us yet but we know people that it did work for. The men’s pill is designed specifically to help healthy sperm🤞🏼😊 I bought them off of amazon after I also read tons of positive reviews. I bought a few more things but good luck!

Pre Natals are not designed to help you get pregnant, they are designed to prepare your body for when you do get pregnant to make sure you and baby have all the vitamins and minerals you need. It is still smart to go ahead and start taking them though!
