So this seems crazy but I have an anxiety disorder that makes me dream really vivid and it’s hard to pull dream from reality for a few hours after I wake up. Last night or this morning I dreamed about getting up and taking a pregnancy test and it was a faint positive but positive all the same. Then I came back to bed and slept until my alarm.

I woke up so happy only to realize it was a dream. The box of tests were still there unopened. It broke me down. I cried fo about an hour. I took the test and it’s negative so far. I’m 11 DPO I think. I’m pretty sure we aren’t pregnant but it was like crashing from a sugar high.
