What’s going on ?

When did the baby show up on the sono gram ?? My ob said I’m about  6 weeks and my blood work was excellent it was a double from the last time there is a yolk sac just no baby or baby heartbeat yet .... I had a little spotting for about 3 days nothing too heavy , very little clots ,.... should I be worried , any information ?

If your doctor isn't worried there is no nee for you to be. I had my first ultrasound at 6+2 because I was having extreme pains and my doctor was worried the baby might be ectopic. We were able to see the baby, but we were warned beforehand that it is completely normal to see nothing more than a yolk sac that early into the pregnancy. Don't stress over it. I'm sure your little bean is just fine.

It’s normal to not see the heartbeat that early. Most women don’t get the first ultrasound until around 12 weeks and the heartbeat is normally visible then.
