Losing weight
I’m trying to lose weight to feel better about myself. I find it extremely difficult to cut myself back from food I LOVE. I want to do an extreme diet to see how much weight I can shed in a month.
My current weight is 245 I haven’t gone up or down in like 8 months... but I was at 190 in 2017 and I looked so good.
I baby sit my sisters twins while she’s at work everyday. Does anyone know what kind of exercise i can do (with the extreme diet) that’ll shed off like 60 pounds?
I know for a fact that burpees work miracles. So I might do sets of 10 every hour..

And this is me now. I still feel pretty and all I just sometimes can’t even look in the mirror.
