Anyone become a vegetarian and then eat meat for the first time after a long time and get insanely sick?? I ate a steak last night and I'm so sick this morning and afternoon that I can't move at all. But it feels more like my ovaries trying to explode than my stomach?? Any answer would be phenomenal. Thanks in advance.✨
