Methotrexate experiences?

So based on my levels, my OB determined I was having an ectopic pregnancy. At 7 weeks my hcg was only 53 and progesterone 1.3. I just got the shot for methotrexate yesterday and still have not bled. Normal? Does this mean it’s not working? Any ideas? Thanks ladies 💕

I didn’t get any bleeding or cramps until about 2 weeks after the shot

They say that your most likely to get symptoms like cramping on day 4-7 so your still early for that. However some people don’t get symptoms so I wouldn’t worry about that. Same with bleeding. They say it’s normal to bleed or not. I didn’t have many symptoms apart from bleeding on and off. My level was over 2800 and needed 2 shots. They want your numbers to drop by 15% between day 4 and day 7. I’m on day 29 and hcg is now 144. I hope yours fall quickly. At least it’s low to start with. Hope your doing ok. It’s a pretty depressing time I think x

I didn’t start bleeding for 4 days after

I got my shot on a Wednesday and had severe cramping/bleeding from Sat-Sunday. I bled for almost two weeks but my HCG was 800-900. 
It typically takes a bit to actually get into your system
