Blood in baby stool

I noticed today when I went to BF my right nipple after started bleeding it was chaffing the last few days and I had put cream

On it. I went to change my daughters diaper now and noticed blood in the poo diaper and in vagina when I wiped her. I am not sure if this was from me as I tried to avoid feeding from the right side but this happened after I gave her my right boob. Should I be concerned ?
