Need help with motivation...

Hello ladies. I'm 21, 5'3 and about 200lbs.. This is the most I've ever weighed. I want to lose weight but I have 0 motivation. I seem to come up with every excuse to not do something. It's too hot today, I live in the bad part of town and don't feel confident to walk around alone. It's hard lol. Whatever I can think of I use as an excuse. I want to start getting back into shape. I want to lose weight. But I can't seem to get started. Any tips or something you guys know that I don't that could help? Any help is much appreciated.
