Me time
Usually I am RUSHING out of work to get my LO from the sitter. Yesterday I asked if it was ok if I stop to get a haircut today before I picked her up. I felt SO GUILTY asking. I’m so glad I did. Haven’t had a haircut since April, my babysitter was more than happy to give me that time, and my baby girl was having so much fun when I came to get her. Got some self care in.
