i have a very sore throat and my nose is all stopped up feels like a head cold, im spitting up yellow snot all day and i cant sleep.

Not sure what medicine i can take while pregnant, not sure how to make it go away, do t want it to get worse

Im 5weeks 5 days pregnant. Im afraid the infection will spread to my baby or itll get sick or something bad will happen:(

will that happen? whatshould i be doing.. please help.
