Because women arent seen as humans that make mistakes  were seen as property that should know our place.

I'm not saying one is better than the other or whatever, but I've heard a lot of men say "Fuck that bitch! She cheated." after they get cheated on. Whenever I've heard of women getting cheated on its more like " but fuck... I love him and I'm sure he can change, ya know? Counseling exists."
Again, those are only my experiences of knowing people's reaction to getting cheated on.
