I can’t tell my SO when I’m ovulating because he feels he is pressured to perform and gets frustrated and takes all the fun out of BD and then takes forever to “get there”.

I have to be secretive when I take ovulation tests and not seem so desperate to have sex lol.

He wants to have a baby but wants it without all the pressure. He absolutely hates using preseed but I want a baby so bad and I know normal lubricants aren’t good when TTC and neither is saliva (which grosses me out anyway).

Today I made the mistake of telling him that I ovulated yesterday (we BD yesterday but I didn’t tell him that I was ovulating) and that I’d like to BD tonight just for good measure. When it game time, he wasn’t in the mood but did it anyway and was frustrated because he felt on the spot then got more upset because of the preseed... it wasn’t enjoyable for either of us but we got the job done. Needless to say, if this isn’t my month and we have to try again next month, I certainly won’t tell him I’m ovulating!!!
