Rash? Hives? What is this?

I’m a FTM to my 8 month old baby girl. This morning I noticed she had some redness on her arm that looked like a little rash. I was going to call her doctors office but the it suddenly went away. A a few hours went by and it shows up again but worse. It kind of looks like a bunch of patches of ant bites I know it’s not that. some patches are just red. Right before her bath time (before bed) it was all over her legs. She has been in a great mood all day she’s not been fussy at all. They fade then it just randomly shows up.

I haven’t given her anything new to eat. I’m still breast feeding she only eats something extra ,like a vegetable, twice a day. I did eat some almond honey nuts last night and I left the bag by my bed. Could that be the reason? Also, She did have a small bug bite yesterday afternoon on the back of her neck. Could a bug bite cause this?
