So.. I’ve been taking prenatals but since finding out we’re having mono/di twins, my OB is putting me on iron and folic acid.

The office closed before I was able to double check but here are the doses. Does this seem right?

Folic acid: 6 times per day

Iron: twice a day

Seems like a lot but this is my first pregnancy so I have no clue what’s going on. 🤪 and I take these along with my prenatals right? Sorry if these are dumb questions.. this has been a crazy week since finding out and I’m a little overwhelmed.
