I’m fasting

What are some ways you tricked your body into thinking you don’t have to eat? I work damn near full time at my job heavy lifting and moving a lot for 7+ hours some shifts. I don’t eat breakfast, lunch or dinner so the only time I really eat is right before bed when I’m snacking on something. Well, my wife and I got into an argument. I walked away, and decided I was going to soak in the tub to help my back and also grabbed a small snack to eat. Well, I dropped it on the floor and asked her to hand it to me because I had already sat down in the tub and she said “no, you don’t need to be shoving your face with food”. I don’t eat much as is.... arguing makes me even more hungry because food is my comfort. But now I feel like I can’t eat anymore until I lose weight. If I puke, I’ll puke up my anxiety/depression medication and that’ll suck. I just can’t hold it down anymore. All that wants to come up is the acid, spit and the pill 😭
