Ladies with PCOS, have you tried it?
Hi ladies, I started taking Vitex last month and have already noticed that my cycle (anywhere from 25-72 days) had shortened to the length of a normal cycle! I'm sincerely hoping to start ovulating soon.
Has anyone had a positive experience with vitex and PCOS? Any BFP's? Anything at all?
