20+4 having pains??

Has anyone else had these pains that shoot through your lower back, and sides? It isn’t constant, but more so if I roll over in bed, or get up and bend over. My lower back has been killer lately, and I’ve been told as long as cramping and bleeding isn’t associated, it’s fine but I need peace of mind.🙄😳

I'm 22 weeks and my lower back has been bothering me for the last week or so.. my hips are feeling sore too. All normal but uncomfortable.

Yes, it's normal. I don't think that I dealt with this with my eldest,  though. But it's been so long that I don't remember.

My lower back aches and often clicks out of place it’s really painful having a lot of pain with pressure down below don’t know what it’s going to be like when bubs gets bigger I am 21 weeks tomorrow and bubs is sitting really low 😳
