IUI #3 failed...don’t know if I should take a break

So I couldn’t contain myself and decided to test this morning at 11dpiui and I got a BFN. (I know I’m not out til AF shows but I have this gut feeling I am out this month) This is devastating. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for more than 2.5 years with no luck. I have done every test that my RE has recommended and everything came back normal. My husband also did a semen analysis and that was normal. 3 IUIs have failed and I just don’t understand why! This process has been emotionally and financially draining for us. We are paying for everything out of pocket. My RE said that after 3 failed IUIs, she recommends IVF. I’m not sure what I should do next. IVF is a huge expense but I also don’t want to spend more money on iui if it’s not going to work. My husband and I have discussed about possibly doing one or two more IUIs and then move of to ivf but I am just so tired and now I feel stressed that I just feel like taking a break from all of this for a few months. I need your advice ladies. What should I do next? Any input will be appreciated!
