Clear blue digital advanced broken?

I’m so confused! I am a 35 day cycle girl. It may vary by one or two days but usually 35 days. We’ve been TTC for 10 months. This cycle I decided to try opk. I’ve been testing since cd 10 (I know early for my period length according to the chart but I wanted a clear picture). I am now on cd 14. The last few days I went from all low readings to magically this morning a PEAK reading. I am so confused. Is this thing broken? Do the tests go from low to peak and skip high normally? How am I ovulating this long before my periods but my cycle length is 35 days? Shouldn’t there only be a tww? Sorry there’s a lot of questions here but I’m just really confused.
