What do you guys do to helps your period cramps on your time of the month? I just recently started a different brand of BC and I’m thinking that’s what’s making my cramps worse. The prescription they gave me for my cramps doesn’t work at all anymore (550 mg naproxen) and I feel like I’m on the verge of tears, I can’t find a comfortable spot at all in bed and it’s just too much for me. If y’all can please help me with ANY remedies please please PLEASE comment!
