Overweight exercise and the tww

Hey ladies! I started working out a few days ago. I’m overweight and I just can’t take it anymore. Ive been doing Zumba for the last 3 days. My question is since I just started exercising can it effect implantation? I am afraid to stop exercising because I’m afraid I won’t start again (I know it sounds silly but it’s happened before). Any way, does anyone know if it’s ok to still workout during your tww if you haven’t been doing it consistently?
