What helps Induce labor.. or even help prepare you for labor?..

I'm 39 weeks... and I'm due tomorrow... so I'm not trying to rush baby I just don't want to be induced ... I've heard horrible stories..

Do not do the castor oil. Its so dangerous for baby. It has caused major complications and death to the baby.

Sex and walking are natural ways to help. Just be patient though. A lot can happen in a week !!

I drank raspberry leaf tea and was extremely active during my entire pregnancy, drank tons of water. It was my first pregnancy and I had her at 38 weeks and 5 days. I went in to spontaneous labor and was at 6cm when I went into the hospital. From the first contraction to her first cry was a total of 10 hours . No complications and a quick recovery.

Nothing the baby will come when is baby is ready. I hoping soon to scheduled an induction next appointment me im having constant contractions and barley dialted more from the 3 now im going back and fouth from a 4 and 5 hoping to get inducted soon.

I was induced, it’s really not that big of a deal. It was a normal labor and delivery with no complications. I did all the “tricks” to try to naturally induce labor, walking, sex, pineapple, raspberry tea, evening primrose, spicy foods, heck I even went to a park to swing for a bit, nothing got that baby moving. Good luck to you! Hopefully that baby comes soon!
