Registry?

Hey ladies!
I know this is probably really silly, but I’m trying to pass the time before my first appt on the 21st. I’ve read a few articles that encourage new mommas to start their registry right away with gender neutral
Items so that there’s plenty of time to do research and add items. What are your thoughts? Especially if you’ve already been through the process.

I would recommend mostly gender neutral no matter what. It makes it easier to use with subsequent children if they are a different sex.

I didn't, but I also honestly had no idea what to add to my registry so I waited until we knew what we were having and a friend helped me lol. I was also terribly afraid of jinxing it, which I know is silly. I was sure that if I did anything too definitive in the first trimester that I'd lose it. Which is stupid, but I was terrified.

My first appointment is the 21st too and I already made a registry one thing though is to make sure it's private! 🤗 congrats mama! I'm due May 1st 💕

I started one to help pass the time also. We are going to have a surprise so everything gender neutral. My favorite color is green so I would have been picking everything green anyway! 😀
Amazon allows you to have a universal registry and so does Babylist. I like being able to pick things from all over. 
It’s definitely been fun to start researching and making some decisions. Once I announce to my family and friends I am sure I will receive a lot more product recommendations.

I’ve already completed my entire registry (with the exception of clothes) with this pregnancy. We have A LOT of stuff left over from my first pregnancy (it ended in stillbirth) so it was faster to see which things we absolutely needed. You could always just add basic things, such as all white onesies (short & long sleeve) with assorted sizes and go up from there. A lot of gender neutral clothing colors aren’t color specific so you can never go wrong with gender neutral clothing, but you could also complete the rest of your registry and go back later to add gender specific things to your registry after you find out?

We started our registry already. We need absolutely everything so it gives us an idea of prices if we don’t get all we need at a baby shower, that way we can start saving
