Am I Pregnant?

Question

I'm on the implant (Nexplanon), FAM, we also used condoms and he pulled out. But I'm almost a week late, and I haven't had sex in over 2 weeks. I'm not experiencing any symptoms, could my period be delayed from my kidney infection? Or should I test?
EDIT: My period are very irregular, I was getting them for 2 weeks on, a week off, then a 5 day period then no period for over a month. It's been that way for nearly 3 months but I'm still "late".

If in doubt test, my friend fell pregnant on the implant so only way to know is to test, best of luck! X

Could be from the Nexplanon. Progestin only methods are most known for causing irregular bleeding patterns. That can include longer time frames with or without bleeding, random bleeding, or frequent bleeding, at any given time. So, periods can come & go or skip as they please. There really is no being “late” on these methods. Also, u mentioned using FAM, however, Nexplanon stops ovulation, therefore there’s no point in trying to track when u ovulate.

I was on the implanon and my periods were very irregular on it. I would give it a couple weeks
