Just eat healthy! Waist trainers seem super annoying and not worth it. You’ll be happier doing the work yourself to trim down to get a thinner waist. At the end of the day, you want to have a body you love and treat well

They're dangerous if you wear them way to tight and 24/7 like some ladies i have met but I wear one to workout or do house chores. Especially after have my son 4 yrs ago I wore one right after I had him and my body went pretty much back to how it was pre pregnancy. Just don't get one that hurts you to put it on.
