Changing ovulation date?

The other day according to Glow I was around 4 dpo. Then it suddenly changed and now it's saying I'm only 2 dpo. I'm confused … I didn't religiously test this month with OPKS, but I have been doing bbt. It spiked about 4 days ago and has been steady since. Not sure what's going on here.
