Am I pregnant?

Ok so I’m cramping and spotting sometimes when I wipe and sometimes only in the cervix on and off since 5dpo. I feel like I’m pregnant but It could all be in my mind idk. I took a test on 7/8 dpo both were negative. Now AF is due Monday and I don’t know what to think. Is this normal ?? What should I expect? Have y’all had something similar and still got a BFP ? ????
