I just tried the cry it out method on my 15 month boy. I let him cry for 10 minuets went back to his room to let him know that we are still here just to go to sleep on his own but he was so desperate and almost fall out of this crib. Let him cry for another 15 mins. I couldn’t do it. It was too painful to see him on the monitor crying and going nuts. Is it wrong for us just to rock him to sleep every night? Is he going to he better on his own with time?? I’m so sad because I couldn’t do it. We are expecting another baby boy in 11 weeks and wanted to get him ready to sleep on his own. Please share your thoughts and experiences on this.
