On one scan mine was! I had a scan on the Tuesday and was the right way up, then had another on the Friday and baby was the same as your pic!

It’s completely normal, there floating in liquid so up and down don’t mean much to them, and they still have lots of space so they move and flip a lot too still.

Lol at one of my ultrasounds a few weeks ago, baby was upside down on his head😂 doctor said it was funny but normal.
