Ovulation

I don't know if I missed my window or not. glow app said I was suppose to ovulate yesterday which it has been right every time but I took a test yesterday and it was negative but still bump up my ovulation date to sunday...I thought it only did that if u got a positive one? I ran out of ovulation test so can't tell if I will or not on Sunday....I'm really confused right now me and my hubby have been bd the last 3 or 4 days on my fertile window so idk if I'm out this month or not. Ughhhhhh so frustrating.
