So I'm 21 weeks and five days and I have such a bad cold I lost my voice and can't really do any thing I went to the doctors but they told me I can't really take any thing I've been drinking lots of water on and apple cider vinegar. The doctor claimed I have a upper respiratory infection and pharyngitis so I don't know if anyone else has had this or been sick while carrying but it hits really hard I have never in my life felt so weak any recommendations other then what I said and nasal spray Celine solution and gargling with salt water I just don't wanna take any thing could hurt my baby
