can’t seem to lose weight
so I got off birth control about 2 months ago in attempt to help myself lose weight easier. When I started this so called “experiment” weighing about 135 lbs. since then, school has started and I have started sports. I run cross country, about 4 miles a a day. I have volleyball practice every day for about 2 hours. I lift weights every other day for about 45 minutes. And I’ve kept a consistent weight every day since. I don’t eat very much. I’ve cut off just about completely.. I eat as little as a damn banana for supper sometimes. I eat eggs and meat a lot and whatever they give me for breakfast and lunch at school. Any ideas or tips? Anything is appreciated, thank you.
