Help/Suggestions
I am wanting to build up my supply for when I go back to work and for when I am away from my daughter. I pump one breast each morning and get 4-5 ounces (she nurses from the other one) but i don't do it any other time of the day. I feel like i am always feeding my daughter and cant pump any other time. Usually at some point in the day i have to use my supply in a bottle for her bc it seems like she drains me out. Any suggestions or helpful tips.
