needing help! Semen or CM?

So partner and I had sex last night around 10pm. I checked my CM at 1pm and this is what I got. I’m having difficulty understanding as I’ve been having this on and off for a few days now with no pos opk. It will go from cloudy to clear and then clear to cloudy, it also had blood tinged in it aswell previously but the question is... semen or CM?! Help please.
