Sciatica?

Anybody else having this? Both sides of my hips hurt SO BAD! It catches when I bend over or move a certain way. I'm miserable 😞

I had this during my pregnancy, started about 33 weeks and didn’t go away.  It was horrible.  I was a waitress at the time and had to go on maternity leave early.  I tried Tylenol but it didn’t help.

I have this too and have since 14 weeks, maybe since this is my fourth.  It was never this bad with my others.  Unfortunately I’m an er nurse and can’t take off until I pop... 7 more weeks to go 😫

What are your syptoms? I have bad hip back and leg pain. Everything also clicks when I move?

I have sciatica! Physio helped me so much! I would avoid chiro - can be unsafe and do more damage than good! Physio is what you need!!!

Definitely see a chiropractor- helps a ton! As does getting in a little activity during the day, stretching, and using a heating pad.

Just had it for the first time this weekend! Felt like my right butt cheek was in a permanent cramp! Today it feels soooooo much better. 
Here’s what helped me:
-google stretches for sciatica pain
- iced my butt and right below my butt cheek (you can also try heat as that helps a lot of people but ice felt better for me)
- lay on your side with a pillow between your legs
- rest and lay down as much as possible
- massage the area or have your significant other massage it 
What made mine worse:
- standing for longer than 15 minutes
- walking for more than 15 minutes
- SITTING (this was the worst and would always make it hurt more)
- foam rolling the area (I thought I was having muscle pain at first- I think foam rolling made the pain worse in the long run)

Omg this. Even getting in to the car is hard because of leaning and bending a certain way. My husband helps me do stretches and manipulations to ease the pain but it’s been difficult. The pain was worse on the right side but now I have bursitis in my hip on the left side from the way I’ve been walking to prevent the right hip pain. Ugh the cycle.
