Sore throat as early pregnancy symptom???

I am on CD 25... and have had a sore throat and generally feeling like a cold is coming over the last couple of days. Has anyone had this as a symptom of implantation or even being pregnant?

My cycles aren’t quite regular so I’m not sure when or if I ovulated. Been taking metformin since March and my cycle lengths have dropped from 90 days to 38. I’m hoping this month it drops down to 30 (each cycle it’s been a week shorter).

Trying not to read too much into this weird cold!!! Also been feeling twinges in my uterus. Any similar experiences though would make me feel hopeful though.
