31 Days Late

I haven’t had a site of a period for A month now , I have done 4 hpt and even gotten blood drawn , I’ve stressed about a lot before and been through so much but my monthly had always came except for my first pregnancy . I’m not sure what’s going on but I’m getting cramps now like I should be starting but it’s not coming the drs diagnosed me wrong because I’m not bleeding and they put something for abnormal bleeding .. like I came in cause I wasn’t bleeding and your gonna say I’m bleeding abnormally? Weirdos any suggestions ?
