HELP please! He thinks he’s always right

My husband and I are TTC. I used my clear blue ovulation kit and on the 28th it showed I was high fertility. We had sex August 28. On Sept 2 it showed I was peak fertility, we had sex sept 2, sept 3 and sept 4. Since Thursday, the 6th I have been feeling randomly nauseous and sometimes light headed. This morning I had to run to the bathroom because it hit me like a ton of bricks. My left boob has been tingling and throbbing off and on at random times and my lower back has been tight. Other times I’m 100% fine and feel normal. My husband thinks I’m pregnant and keeps saying he’s right and he just knows.

Can symptoms start this soon? Or is this something else? HEEEELLLP!!
