Is it okay to take this?

I’m about 7 weeks pregnant and very nauseous. This says to ask a doctor before use but no doctors are open on Sundays. Have any of you ladies used this early in pregnancy?

I took it I believe three times in my early pregnancy, I didn’t know at the time I wasn’t supposed to take it. I don’t take it now that I know
