I am either starving, nauseous, eating , or tired of eating.... not a fun cycle

I found if I don’t eat as soon as I realize I’m hungry, I end up extremely nauseous very quick. It sucks. I eat every couple hours to prevent from being sick. It’s a crappy cycle
